Coming and Going
ALL children, except Nursery and new Reception children,  should be left on the top yard where the teachers and teaching assistants will collect them.  Parents MUST NOT wait on the yard with the children.

At the end of school sessions Nursery and Reception children are collected at their respective front entrances. All other infant children leave via their designated exits at the front of the school. No infant child will be permitted to leave school without a parent or designated carer.

Junior children leave via the exit at the foot of the tower block. We do allow Junior age children to leave school at the end of the day on their own provided they have permission from their parents.

We ask that parents do not enter the corridors or foyers at this time for health & safety and security reasons. Where possible children are matched with the appropriate adult by the class teacher. Should you be unavoidably delayed please try and get a message through to the school. Whilst we are anxious to take every care to safeguard your child's interests, parents are reminded that it is their responsibility to bring children to school and to collect them from school on time.

Collecting your child during the school day
If your child is taken out of school during the school day (eg, for a dental or medical appointment) permission of the head or deputy head must be given. For health and safety reasons you will be asked to sign a register recording why and when you took your out of the school.
